Once the house was ready, he took care of the rest, arranging top notch staging and photography. Sean and Dave were fantastic to work with! They were extremely responsive to our texts and always ready to go see new properties with us, no matter what the day or time would be. Even though we were first-time home buyers, they were very patient with us and answered all of our questions with great detail, no matter how simple those questions were. Prior to starting our search for a home, we had heard stories about people searching for years in the Bay Area and not being able to buy a house. So, we were very pleased with how quickly we were able to find, make an offer on, and close on a home with Sean and Dave. After our first meeting, my wife and I felt we were in very capable hands. Him his team were constantly on everything that produced the ultimate outcome of achieving top dollar on our sale. Everything was handled with such professionalism. Sean took a very personal interest in helping us financially and selecting with contractors from flooring, painting, handy-man repairs, and landscaping.
