At beginning, we hired another agent to sale our manufactured home and that person caused us to loss 50 days on the market, so someone recommended Sean to us. Even on our first conversation, instead of trying to sale himself, Sean tried his best to help us sale our house by giving us all ideas of what we can do to sale our home quickly. He hired professional to stage our house that made the house looked so beautiful. he hired professional photographer to take pictures of our house and they came out great. He contacted the manager of the park the house is in to get info that he needed to prepare for the sale. Even though he never sold a manufacture home before, he was able to get a buyer after 2 weeks he put our house back on market.Beside from being very professional, Sean is also a very great person. My family relocated so wasn't there to take care of our place. I requested the city to pick up extra garbage from my place, however, the city didn't. I swept away the cobweb out side of our home before we left but they came back. Sean swept them for use too.
